30-Day Return Policy

While we fully stand by every product that we sell, we understand that you might have second thoughts or your product may not be everything you hoped for. For that reason, we offer a 30-day Return Policy for most of our products.

For hyperbaric chamber product and high-value products(value โ‰ฅ$2000) ,we do not support returns without quality issues.

If your refund request exceeds the return policy’s timeframe, we will not offer a refund or exchange, except under special circumstances. To complete a return, we require a receipt or order confirmation.

All refunds will only be processed after we confirm the returned product is in good condition. If the product is damaged or lost during return shipping, the responsibility lies with the customer. We recommend contacting the logistics company for assistance.


Refund Conditions and Related Policies

Unshipped Package:

If your package has not yet been shipped, you can contact us via email to cancel the order. We will issue a full refund as soon as possible. Please note that if you submit a refund request instead of a cancellation, the processing time will be extended, and your bank may deduct a handling fee from the refund.

In-Transit Package:

If your package is in transit, you can contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to intercept the package. You will receive a refund for the purchase price, but you will be responsible for the intercept fees and any additional customs duties. Return shipping costs are non-refundable, and interception fees are at your expense.

Received Package:

For high-value products like the hyperbaric oxygen chamber, we do not support returns without quality issues.

Unopened Package with Original Invoice:ย 

You can apply for a return and receive a refund of the purchase price, but you will need to pay a 10% service fee. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Opened but Unused Package:ย 

You can apply for a return and receive a refund of the purchase price, but you will need to pay a 20% service fee. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Opened and Used Product:ย 

If the product shows no significant wear or damage and is within 30 days of shipment, you can apply for a refund, but you will need to pay a 50% service fee. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Since the product has been used, we will inspect the product’s condition before processing the refund and ensure everything is in order.

Quality Issues:

If the product is damaged during shipping or has functional issues, please contact us directly and provide relevant evidence. Our technicians will evaluate the issue and assist with resolution. We will cover the costs for repair or replacement.


Refund Processing

All refunds will be processed after we confirm receipt of the returned product and inspect it. The refund processing time is usually 3-5 business days, and the refund will be issued in USD. The time it takes for the refund to reach your account depends on your payment provider. If you do not receive the refund within the normal time, please contact your bank for confirmation.


Non-Refundable Situations

The following items are not refundable:

  • Discounted items.
  • Products or accessories that have been shipped for more than 30 days or have been used more than 50 times.
  • Products that are visibly damaged.
  • Consumables purchased separately (e.g., materials, filters) are non-returnable or refundable except in cases of quality issues.

Exchange Policy

We accept exchange requests within 1 month of receiving the product. This applies to hyperbaric oxygen chambers purchased through our official website.

  • Within 7 days: If the product has manufacturing defects, malfunctions, or missing parts, you can apply for an exchange, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • 7 to 15 days: You will need to pay a 15% service fee and cover the return shipping costs.
  • 15 to 30 days: You will need to pay a 20% service fee and cover the return shipping costs.

Non-Exchangeable Situations

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Products received more than 30 days ago.
  • Products purchased from non-official channels.
  • Products missing original accessories or damaged due to improper use.
  • Products that malfunction due to incorrect use, exposure to unsuitable environments, or other factors.
