Order Processing and Fulfillment

Order Processing Time

Once your order is confirmed, our team will begin processing. The standard processing time is 1-2 business days. Please note that processing time may vary depending on the availability of the hyperbaric oxygen chambers and any custom requirements.

Custom and Special Orders

For custom or special orders that require additional manufacturing or modifications, processing times will be communicated separately to the customer. We will regularly update the progress of such orders and provide estimated completion and shipping dates.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

The shipping method for the hyperbaric oxygen chambers depends on the model and size:

1.5 ATA Soft Chamber: Shipped by air freight or international courier (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS). We choose air freight or courier services to ensure prompt delivery.

2.0 ATA Soft Chamber and Hard Chamber: These are typically shipped via sea freight, as they are larger and heavier, requiring a longer shipping time.

We proudly serve customers worldwide, and all shipments will be handled by reputable carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country.

Shipping Costs

If the actual shipping cost exceeds the initially calculated fee due to the volumetric weight of the package, we reserve the right to adjust the shipping charge.

Due to the global pandemic, shipping costs and delivery times may fluctuate. Please contact our sales manager before placing your order with details about the machine(s) and/or parts you wish to purchase and your shipping address, so we can confirm the final shipping cost and estimated delivery timeline.

Returns and Responsibility for Fees

Incorrect Products or Shipping Damage: If there is a mistake on our part or the product is damaged during shipping, the return shipping cost will be covered by Tecnotu at no additional charge to the customer.

Customer Error: If a customer orders the wrong product, or if the product is no longer needed, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and any associated fees.

Shipping Tracking and Notifications

Shipping Tracking: Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can track the status of your shipment using the carrier’s online tracking system.

Shipping Notifications: Customers will receive regular updates via email regarding their shipment, including important milestones such as order fulfillment, pickup, and estimated delivery dates. If any unforeseen delays or issues arise, our customer service team will promptly reach out to assist and provide the latest information.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method and destination. Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors such as customs processing or unforeseen shipping delays. While we strive to deliver within the expected timeframe, we cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control. However, we will make every effort to assist in resolving any delivery issues.

Air Freight: Typically takes 10-15 days to reach the destination.

Sea Freight: Typically takes 15-30 days or longer, depending on the shipping route and destination.

International Courier: Typically takes 7-10 days to reach the destination.

Shipping Address and Receipt of Goods

Accuracy of Shipping Address: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order. Please verify all delivery details, including recipient’s name, street address, city, state/province, postal code, and contact information before submitting the order. Inaccurate or incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays or failure, and Tecnotu will not be responsible for issues caused by incorrect shipping information.

Receiving Goods: Upon receipt of goods, the customer or an authorized representative must sign for the products at the designated delivery address. We recommend checking the package for any visible damage or tampering before signing. If any damage or discrepancies are found, the customer must note it on the delivery receipt or immediately notify the delivery personnel. Additionally, the customer should contact our customer service team within 24 hours to report the issue and take necessary steps to resolve it. Failure to report any damage or discrepancies within the specified timeframe may complicate the claims process.

Package Redirection or Rerouting: If the shipping route needs to be changed or redirected after shipment, customers should contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Please note that such requests may incur additional fees, and rerouting may cause delivery delays.
